Return Policy – Luxury Quarry
1. Right of Withdrawal (Statutory)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with Belgian consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
2. How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision via:

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the products must:

Be unused and undamaged

Be returned in their original packaging

Show no signs of use, cutting damage, or installation
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Belgian law, the following products are excluded from return:

Custom-made or personalized products
(e.g. specially cut marble, custom dimensions, engravings) -
Products that have clearly been used
(such as cutting boards with knife marks) -
Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken
These exceptions are in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER).
5. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are free of charge, unless agreed otherwise.
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
Luxury Quarry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods:

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction

Any loss in value due to use may be deducted

Original shipping costs are refunded only in the case of a full return of the order
7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Have you received a damaged product or an incorrect delivery?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via hello@luxuryquarry.com and include clear photos of:

The packaging

Any visible damage
We will ensure an appropriate solution.
