Luxury Quarry is active in the sale of luxury natural stone products via e-commerce.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement between Luxury Quarry and the consumer, concluded via the website.
By placing an order, the customer declares to have taken note of these terms and conditions and to accept them.
3. Offer and Product Information
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
As natural stone is a natural material:

Variations in color, veining, and structure may occur

Each product is considered unique
These natural variations cannot give rise to cancellation or refund.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Luxury Quarry.
4. Prices
All listed prices are:

Exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise
Luxury Quarry reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of ordering is the valid price.
5. Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded once:

The customer completes the entire ordering process

Payment has been successfully completed
Luxury Quarry confirms each order by email.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and refunded.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via the payment methods offered on the website (via Shopify).
Luxury Quarry reserves the right to refuse orders in case of:

Incomplete payment

Fraud or suspicion of misuse
7. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer

Delivery times are indicative, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Luxury Quarry is not liable for delays caused by:

Carriers

Force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, logistical issues)
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
8. Retention of Title
All products remain the property of Luxury Quarry until full payment of the amount due has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The right of withdrawal and return conditions are fully described in the Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
Exceptions (such as custom-made and used products) are in accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER).
10. Liability
Luxury Quarry is not liable for:

Consequential damage

Damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the products
Cutting boards and natural stone products must be used according to their intended purpose. Use is always at the customer’s own responsibility.
In any case, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product concerned.
11. Warranty and Conformity
Luxury Quarry complies with the statutory warranty in accordance with Belgian law.
The warranty covers only:

Manufacturing defects

Non-conforming delivery
Damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear

Knife marks

Drops or impacts

Improper maintenance
is not covered by the warranty.
12. Force Majeure
Luxury Quarry is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if this becomes impossible due to force majeure, including but not limited to:

Fire

Government measures

Transport disruptions
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (photos, texts, logos, designs) is the property of Luxury Quarry and protected by intellectual property rights.
Use, copying, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
14. Privacy
Luxury Quarry processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR legislation.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of disputes, only the competent courts of Belgium shall have jurisdiction.
