We currently ship to the following countries:

Belgium
The Netherlands
France

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Belgium: 2–5 working days
The Netherlands: 2–5 working days
France: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Costs

Free delivery for all orders in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For special, oversized, or custom-made products, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be clearly communicated before checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

5. Delivery Responsibility

Luxury Quarry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect address information, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing:

Include clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- Any visible damage

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
